Universal Modul UM-MC (UM - MC)

The Universal Module UM‑MC is the interface for MC tools on G3 and D3 cutters. This carrier module offers fast tool changes, a powerful Z-axis, and maximum process reliability with reduced operator intervention.

The UM-MC was specially developed for use with MC tools and expands the existing module portfolio with a powerful, future-proof solution. The module occupies a single module slot and is fully compatible with G3 and D3 cutting systems. 

One of the key features is the pneumatic quick-clamping system, which enables very fast and easy tool changes. The tool requires no additional electrical or pneumatic connections. The UM‑MC provides a Z‑force of up to 20 kg (44 lbs), enabling tough materials to be processed safely. 

The module is equipped with CFRP dust protection as standard, enhancing operational safety and protecting sensitive components. Every aspect of the UM-MC is designed for productivity, ease of use, and process stability, making it the ideal platform for MC tools.
